We recently sold and purchased a new DR Horton home in the Harmony neighborhood. Susan Duncan was our very professional realtor. She was able to sell our home not only in a day but, we received an offer for $20,000 over our original asking price. She knew our house was worth more than our asking price and knew we’d get multiple offers, which we did. She knew just how to market it so that we could receive the most profitable offer!
While selling our home was stressful enough, we were also building a brand new home. This process in itself is stressful! She always welcomed our calls, emails and texts. She always responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. There were many times we were overwhelmed by the stress and we could rely on her to make us feel more comfortable and at ease.
Now that we’ve moved into our new home and handed over the keys of our old home to its new owner, we just want to say how amazing Susan is to work with. If and when we decide to move again, we will definitely be using her!
